Q&A: WARHAMMER GAMES

Q: Please give me a Christian view of a game called Warhammer. It seems to involve painting figures and playing a game. Some of the figures look very grotesque and demonic.

The Warhammer game comes in a variety of flavors. It can simultaneously be played online with multiple players; it can be purchased as a tabletop board game, and engaged through role-playing. No matter how the game is played, it is totally demonic and unacceptable for any Christ-follower to play it or allow their children to play it.

Warhammer is rated "T for teen" because it contains mild blood, suggestive themes, has the use of alcohol, has the use of tobacco, and is violent. Unfortunately, these ratings do not include the use of the occult, witchcraft, spell-casting, and demonic worship. They should.
